Deputy Support Manager - Supported Living Services

East Hampshire

£26,212 - £28,397 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)

Permanent, Full-Time position

Autism Hampshire is a leading support provider for people with autism and learning disabilities and we strive to be a centre of excellence for personalised, community based support.

As an Deputy Support Manager, you will be responsible for embedding a culture based on respect and dignity for people who use our services, providing supervision and clear management to a team of staff based across a range of supported living services.

We are looking for an Deputy Support Manager who will instill a culture of continuous improvement through dialogue with the people we support and their families.

As Deputy Support Manager you will be able to demonstrate experience in managing and developing staff alongside leadership abilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You should also have a minimum of 2 years experience within the social care sector and hold a minimum Diploma or NVQ (or equivalent) level 2 or 3 in health & social care and willing to work towards Level 5.
