The role holder will provide employment tax advisory services to a wide range of clients, working within a group of specialists (including junior support) within the larger tax team.
A key part of the role requires the individual to actively seek, and keep senior team members informed about, any new business opportunities arising on existing and new clients.
Responsible for managing a client portfolio, supporting with the marketing of Employment Taxes within the region and being actively part of internal / networking BD initiatives.
Manage junior members of staff. Integrate with the wider Global Employment Services team (Expat / Reward) to support on the wider growth of GES revenues
Requisite experience of managing an Employment Tax client portfolio. Knowledge and experience of all key Employment Tax specialisms including off-payroll labour, salary sacrifice, CIS etc.
