ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Head of Business Development (Growth) for our Global Business team who will have responsibility for leading our strategic partnerships supporting growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Focus on finding new global and regional distribution partnerships and affiliates to drive Revolut growth
  • Negotiating and executing new Influencer and Sponsorship deals to drive Revolut’s consideration
  • Defining Strategy for Revolut growth across multiple territories in conjunction with Growth and Marketing teams
  • Setting and achieving ambitious targets to drive new users, market awareness & consideration, daily adoption, and engagement for Revolut’s products and features
  • Support in execution of end to end marketing campaigns through partners and growth channels by owning audience insights, developing the value prop, helping on technical operationalization of tracking and offers and delivering campaigns
  • Communicate and report to Revolut’s Global Business Leadership Team and key C-level stakeholders progress of ongoing deals and forecast of future opportunities WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in Business Development, driving B2B2C / D2C opportunities and exceeding targets
  • 2 years experience as high performing Team Leader, Head of Business Development or Country Manager role
  • Experience within a high growth focused company focused on Partnerships, Affiliates & Influencer Partnerships
  • You have flawless English language ability with outstanding communication and presentation skills
