The BPD Engineer will bring knowledge they have gained within the investment management industry to help design and document business processes needed to support :
Exploration of new business opportunities which are likely to have an impact on the current business operating model or require a brand new operating model.
Major change initiatives which look to re-evaluate current business and technology capabilities and re-align them to firm wide objectives Where existing operating models are deemed high risk by the LGIM’s risk committee A review of a business function’s capabilities or processes upon request from the LGIM management team The BPD Engineer will generally be expected to be involved in areas which are of significant value or concern to the LGIM management team.
The BPD Engineer will provide support for ensuring that the scope of the issue is fully understood, the design of the potential solution is based on best practice either from elsewhere in the firm or in the wider industry and will assist in reviewing the implementation of the designed solution.
Please note : Although this role is advertised as a grade 4 we would be happy to consider candidates at grade 3 depending on your experience.
