This is an exciting new position which reflects growth in student numbers and portfolio of courses and the intention of further developing our undergraduate and postgraduate offering.
As a Lecturer in Control Engineering within the Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Mechatronics subject group area, you will lead and develop modules in undergraduate and postgraduate electronic engineering and mechatronics programmes, as well as contribute to relevant programme management.
You will deliver teaching and assessment in modules such as Introduction to Control Engineering, Dynamics and Control, Control and Instrumentation, and Embedded Systems.
You will contribute to the School’s research and external income generation.
You will hold a PhD in control engineering, electronic engineering or in a closely related discipline. You will have experience in teaching at both undergraduate and post graduate level, as well as a track record of high quality research outputs.
