We are looking to invest in and train new support workers within our services for our newly refurbished site in Chesterfield.

Whether new to the role or an existing support worker our training package means we can get you up to speed with the standard of care we deliver.

By using our buddy system and combination of face to face , online training and shadowing existing staff there’s always someone about to listen and support you as you train.

Your role will be to help each person achieve their full potential through supporting them with their daily activities, personal care needs and providing emotional support.

You will be taking people out in the community as well as supporting within the service and will be key in giving them a level of independence that suits their needs.

You will be working to support people with a range of needs including : learning disabilities, physical disabilities, non-verbal communication and or autistic spectrum disorders.
