What you’ll do :
Lead a team of Field Sales Executives in a Field based role
Responsibility for operational day to day activity that delivers our sales & service metrics
Inspire our Field Sales Executives to deliver our Sales KPI’s & Standards of Performance
Recruit & retain the highest calibre of candidates
Work closely with our in-house L&D team to shape and deliver our quarterly and annual training plans
Cultivate a growth culture across the Field Sales team within Sky Connect, challenging the status quo, delivering new & innovative ways of working
Execute the Operational strategy, working closely with key internal & external stakeholders
Continuously increase sales performance by supporting, coaching & leading our people
Manage priorities effectively, delivering what we say we will, when we say we will
Flexibility to work in different areas to meet business growth targets whilst achieving sales expectations.
What you’ll bring :
Sales centric, with a passion for not just achieving but exceeding targets with a proven track record of winning new business
Proven track record of leading Field Sales teams, delivering sales performance whilst creating a great working environment
Experience in a B2B sales leadership role, preferably within a Field based role
Excellent coaching skills with proven ability of increasing people’s skillsets
Proven ability of leading Field based sales Operations including training and ongoing people development
Pro-active, self-starter that can motivate themselves and those around them to be at their best each day
Ability to use data to identify areas of opportunity to help shape the operational strategy
