Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join Oodle and help grow, develop and mentor the team around them as well as getting hands on with the data!
As we scale up to a team of 600 people, we need more talented individuals to join our mission that is leading the way in new product innovation.
You can be based in our Head Office, in the Oxford Science Park, on the outskirts of Oxford, in our London Office which is located close to Kings Cross Station or in our new Manchester Office based in City Tower.
There will be a mix of working from one of these locations and working from home.
The Team :
Our data analysis team are responsible for identifying and solving problems across Oodle’s lending platform and use data to help handle and drive the rapid growth of our application pipeline.
They are the go-to people for data-driven answers to the most pressing questions the business can ask.
This data analytics role sits within our Customer Management team. This team’s main goal is to transform how we support our customers from the moment they get in their new car until the end of their finance agreement.
Previous successes in the team include, building a digital-first journeys for customers in financial difficulty, launched a customer support chatbot, and deployed data-driven contact strategies that maximise our operational agents’ efficiency.
