Purpose of Role : The Marketing Executive should work with the International Territory Manager to deliver the country’s P&L performance, the planning and execution of the territory’s growth strategy, deliver the marketing strategy including website management, content creation for Social Media, Emails, Paid Media, Affiliates and Public Relations.

Responsibilities :

Website Management and Campaign Planning :

  • Ensuring the website is up-to-date with correct offers, banners / visuals and the customer journey is optimised.
  • Reviewing top selling and underperforming products on site and use data to understand how to merchandise them across site based on country’s trends and target audiences.
  • Working with the International Territory Manager to implement local campaigns across site and through marketing channels with a consistent tone of voice and visual theme aligned with global brand.
  • PPC and Affiliates :

  • Work with central Paid Media team and International Territory Manager to implement a Paid Search strategy for the country as well as activating Paid Social strategy.
  • Work with central Affiliates team and International Territory Manager to establish key partnerships with key local affiliates in the country.
  • Content Creation :

  • Work with International Territory Manager to create a strategy using search analysis and trend data to create content to push across marketing channels including Social Media, Email and Blog.
  • Maintain Social Media channels with up to date content to engage and grow our audience
  • Create Email campaigns in line with overall site strategy outlined by International Territory Manager.
  • Work with central CRM team and International Territory Manager to decide on target audiences for email campaigns.
  • Publish on trend Blog content, utilising search analysis and market trends to help drive topics
  • Work with central PR & Influencers team and International Territory Manager to create successful partnership relationships with local influencers and key media titles in the country.
