Job Description

Our client is a Prestige car dealership, looking to recruit an experienced and successful Service Manager to oversee the department.

This position is working at a stand-alone Aftersales facility, and as such, you will be the Senior Manager on-site overseeing daily activities, reporting to a Group Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity working with a proactive dealer group, in excellent facilities. Your primary focus will be to ensure customers receive superb levels of service, in line with brand expectations.

You will oversee all of the front-of-house team including up to Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration team, drivers etc.

The role will require someone who is passionate about delivering excellent levels of customer service, who can mentor and coach their team on a daily basis, and be proactive to ensure the department anticipates the needs and demands of customer’s.

About You :

  • You need to have a minimum of 4-years experience in a Service / Aftersales Manager position, preferable with a prestige car brand
  • You will need to be a leader’ of people and an ambassador for the brand and dealer group
  • Can demonstrate a stable career path
  • Someone is very willing to help and support their team working as part of a small team you will need to be flexible in your daily approach.
  • To have a valid driving licence
  • In return you will be working in excellent facilities, for a company who can offer long-term career progression and a rewarding package.

    Package : Basic : £45-£55K

    OTE up to £60-£70K
