The Role Future Finance is changing the financial landscape for students of all kinds in the UK. To date, we have helped nearly 10,000 students to access University by removing the financial barriers to entry -
and now we want to expand our product offering so that we can help anyone who is pursuing educational development of any kind.
To do this, we need to have effective relationships and partnerships with higher education bodies, professional institutions, and bootcamps, as well as traditional universities.
To achieve our aspirations, we need creative and motivated Partnership Managers to drive our engagements with key partners across our different customer groups, and show our new partners all the value that Future Finance can provide.
In this role, you will have responsibility for managing a number of institutional partnerships - essentially, you will be responsible for any educational partnerships that are not universities.
As such, it is vital that you have an understanding of partnership management - and ideally, the UK educational landscape.
You must also understand the challenges and needs of students of today. This is an exciting time to join the Partnerships team as we are in a period of rapid and accelerated growth.
In this role you will be given a high level of autonomy and responsibility to take forward ideas, own projects, and have a significant impact on the growth of the company.
This role will report to the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Your Responsibilities Your Skills Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build quick rapport across our partnership landscape and form deep and mutually beneficial relationships Student centric, with a passionate for helping young people succeed through learning Clear communication and presentation skills Positive and resilient, with a can do attitude Proactive and organised with good project management skills Astute commercial acumen, with the capability to understand and prioritise partner needs Analytical mindset and problem solving skills Willingness to travel throughout the UK and regularly to our London and Dublin offices Your Qualifications and Experience Undergraduate degree in any discipline Min 5+ years experience of B2B and Educational Partnership Management Your Nice to have Skills Understanding of student lending / finance.
Full UK driving license Your Location Ideally London, but as there is a lot of travel required for the role we will consider applicants based elsewhere in the UK.
