Job Purpose : This is a software engineer role within the FX Options technology team which is a part of FXLM Technology.
This new role will be based in London. This team is responsible for developing and evolving Real Time Risk solution : Each developer is involved in the complete project lifecycle from requirements analysis and to design and implementation.
Job Background / context : FxRD Technology is focused on delivering IT systems to the FX, Local Markets, Rates, and Derivatives Sales and Trading businesses.
We have over 1000 people, with the core of our development effort based in the financial hubs of London, New York and Singapore.
In all cases, we liaise directly with the trading and sales desks. We provide the technical expertise that enables our business to generate revenue.
Several of our applications such as Citi FX Velocity and Trader Toolkit are leaders in their respective markets.The real time’ risk (RTR) solution is part of the FXLM Risk and Data team, which is one of the most exciting and fast-
paced teams within FXLM. This team uses cutting edge technology ranging from HPC approaches to compute, through to Storm, Kafka and NoSQL.
This team is responsible for delivering state-of-the art risk and data technology for the FXLM business globally.We are looking to hire an experienced front office risk developer and technologist with a broad knowledge of different programming languages, patterns and architecture designs to take a hands-
