Through providing key business and technology architecture solution leadership and expertise throughout all stages of the Digital Solutions engagement life-cycle.
You'll have the following responsibilities
Lead Complex Transformation initiatives including Discoveries, Hot Houses, Business Consulting Presales, Customer focussed Strategy & Requirements planning
Gains and applies insight about emerging technology to develop and deliver new digital solutions, breaking down complex information into understandable terminology.
Maintain a deep expertise of emerging technology trends, using specialised skills and knowledge to provide guidance to the business and develop content to support the sharing of complex technical information.
Deliver key Projects utilising various Business Core skills including but not limited to target operating models, business and solutions development, engagement cost modelling proposal and contractual documentation, innovation and automation.
Enhancement of the Enterprise Architecture team portfolio to drive optimum customer solutions.
You'll have the following skills & experience
Strong customer engagement and stakeholher management experience. Operate at CxO and business / IT strategy level - translating this into workable solutions
Depth and breadth of product / market knowledge across multiple domains - industries and products / services
Ability to elicit, analyse and document requirements at a strategic level
Leadership experience across business analysis / architecture domain e.g. establishing enterprise-wide standards and best practices
Business knowledge / impact and perspectives : Strategic / enterprise level
Extensive knowledge of business analysis / architecture tools and techniques plus TOGAF or equivalent method awareness and real world experience
Ability to define and cost BA engagement for complex enterprise level deliveries
Strong communication skills. Political acumen to present ideas, influence decisions and garner support to achieve the desired outcomes
Balancing priorities : Across multiple enterprises / engagements
Business development : Driving account engagement to develop pipeline in relation to enterprise and business architecture engagements for customers
Background in leading complex engagements - may be working individually or leading a team of business analysts / architects
