An opportunity has arisen for a full time HR Coordinator to join our busy Resource (Recruitment) Team on a permanent contract.
The post will assist within our Transactional team which involves dealing with Retirement, Observers, Honorary contracts, Volunteers, International Nursing recruitment, Visas and Immigration.
Our Resource Team provides a high quality, timely and responsive service to the whole Trust, helping to provide the best care to our patients.
As a HR Coordinator you will be expected to manage a diverse and demanding workload with competing deadlines. You will have experience in delivering efficient, pro-active and client orientated services, have excellent communication, customer service and IT skills and be able to build good and effective working relationships with appointing managers and consultants at the Trust.
You will be required to have excellent admin and clerical skills as well as a proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with occasional early starts and late finishes for major recruitment events.
