We are an expanding full service market research agency within the largest professional services firm in the world, and so this creates a unique positioning in the market offering exciting local and global research opportunities for our team.

We work with a wide range of clients including the PwC firm across the world, major high street banks and retailers, media and technology companies, leading energy providers and a range of large scale public sector bodies and regulators.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for bright, inquisitive and proactive individuals to join our team as Senior Associates. For comparison to traditional Market Research Agencies we are looking for experienced Senior Research Executives through to Associate Director level.

We want individuals who have at least three years experience of working within a research environment, ideally with some experience within a market research agency or as social researchers in a public sector environment.

We are looking for candidates with quant expertise and welcome applications from single or dual practitioners (quant and qual).

The roles can be based in London, Leeds or Belfast, with the expectation that team members will travel and be present in all three of our offices on a regular basis.

From time to time there may be an opportunity to travel internationally.

Key Skills

Strong quantitative research design, analysis and reporting skills

Ability to synthesise findings, extract compelling stories / insights and adapt communications dependent on audience

Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with ability to present ideas / solutions clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences

Experienced in writing winning proposals and delivering pitches to clients

Competent project manager for small to medium sized projects, including briefing of teams, management of logistics, liaising with the client and monitoring commercials

Managing multiple stakeholders and suppliers eg translators, panel providers

Strong survey design, exceptional analytical skills and impactful delivery of results

Ability to manage high volume workload, often multiple projects and work independently within a fast paced environment

Core activities will include

  • Project management including managing colleagues within the team and having day to day client contact
  • Involvement in all stages of the research project lifecycle including proposal preparation and costings, pitching, research design, fieldwork, analysis, reporting and client presentations

    Contribution towards business growth through business development activity

    Mentoring more junior team members

    Requirements

    Essential skills needed for the role

    The specific technical skills we are looking for include

    Professional experience within the market research industry

    Significant experience of all stages of quantitative research projects, either ad hoc or continuous

    High level of accuracy and attention to detail

    Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills

    Good at drawing the story from the data and communicating this creatively

    Good project management skills

    Good written and oral communication skills

  • Proven ability to produce quality work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
  • Effective prioritisation of tasks and personal time management

    Experience of working as part of a successful team
