We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our Out of Hours Team based in our Newbury office.
As our Out of Hour's Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of call for our residents, and will respond to Housing, Repair, Emergency and Alarm based queries and emergencies with a can-do approach, ensuring the customer experience is at the heart of every point of contact.
You will be part of a large team so plenty of training and support is at hand when needed. You will also work closely with other teams to ensure the right service is delivered.
This role will work on a rota basis working any time between 7am 11pm. There will also be the occasional nightshift and 1 in 3 weekend work required
The successful candidate will need to be able to commit to a week of training
Please note - this will be a mixture of office and working from home
