You have spent a large part of your career building on the ideas and decisions of others. This role allows you to start with a blank sheet of paper.
The products you are marketing are designed to improve the health outcomes of people. There is highly-credible, BS-free science underpinning the products - designed by Ivy League medical professors.
This is a business well-placed to grow into a major player in this $4 trillion wellness industry. By joining early - and receiving equity - this could certainly turn out to be a profitable role.
Beyond the financial rewards, you will help control the destiny of the whole venture - and what it could grow into.
Given the about-to-launch phase were currently at - and the need to maximise the impact of that launch - the base annual salary is for now c.
£50k. But this will be rapidly reviewed as we hit our sales and funding targets.
The founder of Karmcist, Tim Samuels is an award-winning filmmaker, broadcaster, and author. He does not want to add marketeer to that list.
Hes highly-creative, connected, supportive / easy-going - and has a track-record of both success at the highest levels and making a social difference.
But marketing is not his field - he wants to be led and inspired by you.
Karmacist is in the esteemed Founders Factory programme. This brings support from a multidisciplinary operations team and key connections with international corporates like The Guardian Media Group, RB and M&S.
They have incubated many DTC companies into major successes - and are particularly excited by Karmacist.
