You will become a data guru - you'll become the point of contact for data questions and insights
Work closely with end users of Google Analytics across the business, project teams and other stakeholders to empower them to better understand our website users and leverage these insights to achieve business goals.
Assist in troubleshooting tracking implementation issues and rolling out new implementations
Design and build custom reporting solutions where required
Communicate analytics findings and actionable recommendations in a manner tailored to the target audience
Evangelise a measurement culture and contribution to analytics documentation to provide a reference repository for the organisation
Job Specific Competencies
Interest in e-commerce and digital behaviours
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an analytical field such as : Computer Science, Marketing Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Economics, Business
Desired (any of the following are a bonus that helps you stand out from the crowd)
Experience with Google Analytics and / or Tag Management, preferably Google Tag Manager
Demonstrated experience solving problems with data querying using SQL, statistics and modelling in classes, projects or prior work experience
Experience with data visualisation tools (eg. Data Studio, Tableau, R)
Working knowledge of a server side language (Java / Python)
Advanced understanding of digital marketing platforms and associated website tags (eg. Google Marketing Platform, Facebook, etc.)
Strong communication skills
Confident working with data
An eagerness to learn with the ability to teach yourself new skills independently
Passion for problem solving
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
