Morgan Philips are working with a client in Reading who are searching for a Reward Consultant to join them for up to 3 months from the New Year.

The Reward Consultant will pay between £500 and £800 per day depending on how many days are worked in the week. The client is open to Consultants who would be looking for 3, 4 or 5 days per week.

The successful Reward Consultant will be a Senior Reward professional who is used to partnering with the business to drive key projects including transformation as well as being comfortable with the analytical side of Reward.

You will need to be able to hit the ground running to understand the current status of the Reward in the company and add value.

This role will report directly in to the HRD who you will also work closely with in terms of the transformation side of the role.
