An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly award winning team in Burton. This role will suit an individual who has the ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment providing excellent customer service and administrative support for Marston’s Pubs and Bars.

The role :

  • Working closely with all internal and external customer with regards to ordering and delivery process, pricing and general queries via telephone and email
  • Order taking and SAP input
  • Identifying and implementing upselling and telemarketing opportunities
  • Credit control and general administration
  • The ideal candidate will have :

  • A commitment to achieving and maintaining exemplary quality standards
  • A desire to sell and the confidence to do so
  • A friendly, outgoing and confident manner with excellent telephone skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and to progress a number of queries simultaneously
  • The ability to work well under pressure and keep to deadlines
  • Intermediate IT and system skills. Experience of using SAP would be beneficial
  • The ability to work under their own initiative
