The CAA’s Portfolio consists of a diverse and interesting group of programmes and projects. Examples of projects within the Portfolio include those which relate to airspace and technologies such as space, cyber and drones.
There are many projects which are required to implement changes in regulation, some of which are complex and require working with a range of subject matter experts in the aviation industry.
As a result, we are looking to recruit a Senior Business Analyst. You’ll report to the Head of Business Architecture and Analysis supporting the delivery of various projects using robust BA activities being managed through both waterfall and agile methods.
You’ll be responsible for facilitating analysis of current-state and future-state process and capabilities to establish gaps and to identify and link appropriate business requirements.
You’ll act as an ambassador for the Portfolio Delivery Business Analysis practice working closely with Product Managers, the business change team, workstream leads and many other key stakeholders.
having been fully responsible for the completion of the Business and User Requirements on IT and business change projects, that completed successfully.
Ideally, you’ll have played an active role in enhancing a business analysis practice and / or have acted as a business architect to deliver strategic initiatives spending your time engaging with internal and external customers.
You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation, whilst ensuring a high degree of accuracy to outputs and deliverables.
You will have demonstrable experience in leading BA’s within a project team, whilst providing guidance and support to them.
