An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Support Coordinator has arisen at Central Support office to join our existing in-house Maintenance Support Team.
The role encompasses the day to day management of :
1st line maintenance support services for moto trading units (approx 450 active units).
Management of 3rd party suppliers / contractors who assist with the service delivery requests
Operating costs and budget controls
Reporting to the Maintenance Support Manager, the Maintenance Support Coordinator will assist and support internal and external customers, ensuring a professional image is portrayed at all times.
As a Support Coordinator you will be the initial point of contact and escalation for all support calls and operational issues for the whole of the moto business.
Provide desk-based support for all moto unit based businesses as part of a service-focused support team for all facilities issues and equipment failures
Manage escalations between moto businesses and our 3rd party service providers through to completion and effectively communicate call progress to all interested parties
Provide daily administration of financial reporting to Site Operations Managers and Senior Operations team
To build and continually improve a central source of known issues and procedures to assist the support process

Skills & Experience Required
Ability to make decisions and working on own initiative
Confident telephone manner.
Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong relationship building skills. It is vital that key relationships are built quickly with the team at central support, operations management, contractors and suppliers.
Strong team player.
Excellent PC skills Outlook / Word / Excel
Strong organisational skills
Previous experience working at a similar level in a customer service / finance / facilities administrative role.
Experience of the retail or hospitality industry would be an advantage.
