The following shifts are available: 5.30am - 2pm / 2.30pm-12am / 10pm-6am

 

 

The Role 

Carrying out tasks outlined below and any other tasks and duties, which may be required of you by your Manager. Preparing and cooking food to Crussh specification ensuring 100% accuracy at all times. Adherence to all Food Safety, Health and Safety guidelines and regulations at BRC level. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all food is prepared to company standard at all times
  • Ensure timings targets are met
  • Ensures consistency of products
  • Ensure kitchen opening and closing standards are met and relevant checklists are completed
  • Maintain the standards of hygiene at all times
  • Demonstrate great product knowledge by delivering products to Crussh standard (both content and presentation)
  • Fulfil basic training requirements of the company
  • Complete further developmental training as required by company
  • You are not allowed to use any equipment's (knives, stick blender, Robot Coupe blixer, food processor, etc.) unless you were trained to do so!!!!
  • Comply with Fire Safety requirements daily
  • Comply with Health & Safety requirements daily
  • Comply with Food Safety & Hygiene requirements daily
  • Adhere to company standard re – personal appearance (uniform), hygiene and cleanliness,
  • Comply with BRC standards
  • Ensure all stock is rotated, wastage minimised and recorded
  • Ensure all products are always available
  • Ensure daily temperature checks are completed and recorded
  • Ensure that orders are placed and deliveries are received accurately and put away to standard
  • Ensure all cleaning duties are completed and record signed
  • Carry out any cleaning that is required by weekly / daily schedule and Kitchen Manager
  • Ensure picking is done in line with internal procedures
