    OVERALL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

    As an expert in your field, you will attract and resource top talent for the Ryman group by using a range of platforms. You will live our values and ensure our values are brought to life through recruitment and people ideas and initiatives.

    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Working as part of a tight knit HR team, with its Head Office based in Crewe, your role will be far reaching but some of your key areas of focus will include :

  • Carrying out meticulous market research and mapping you will offer a service to both your business partners and candidates that appears effortless, but to the highest of professional standards.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador you will ensure your candidates receive the best possible experience.
  • Paying great care and attention you will connect a wide range of candidates, from entry level head office roles and junior retail managers to top tier leadership roles.
  • Developing purposeful recruitment initiatives across all social media channels and websites.
  • Managing and reviewing recruitment marketing, branding and attraction strategies.
  • Identifying service improvements and encouraging use of cost effective recruitment methods.
  • Streamlining resourcing process with a focus on both your candidate and your business partner experience at all times.
