Sentireal have created a number of solutions for customers in specific sectors that could be redeployed to other companies in different sectors.
The role will be to identify opportunities using the existing portfolio of products, generate interest and qualified opportunities and ultimately generate revenue and profit from sales of these products.
Initially, the housing and property maintenance sector, the tourism sector, and the passenger transport sector are expected to generate the most traction.
Responsible for Sales and Marketing for the portfolio of Sentireal products in the Republic of Ireland, the role holder will work closely with the Commercial Director and all other Sentireal stakeholders to recognise, apply for and win new business opportunities.
The role holder will be a key stakeholder in the development of Sentireal's footprint in the Irish marketplace, including a focus on Sentireal brand awareness.
About the role
Specific duties include :
Proactively develop a business development and sales plan to identify, assess and propose solutions to our target markets
Develop strong relationships within targeted sectors to identify areas for new business development and sales
Develop marketing activity in conjunction with the marketing function to support sales and business development in Ireland
Provide business oversight in preparation of proposal responses in line with internal review processes for key strategic initiatives with State and Local Authority bodies.
Provide advice and recommendations on contract terms & conditions for all tenders and new business proposals aligned with the Sentireal strategy.
Perform contract negotiations with the customer in line with Sentireal policies and senior management guidance.
Identify and resolve contract and proposal issues, risk areas, and implications of emerging contractual issues.
Interact daily and effectively communicates with Commercial Director and relevant stakeholders, and clients.
Monitor and report on all sales activity to Commercial Director.
Conduct regular market analysis research for related Sales and Marketing activities in this sector and report to Commercial Director on trends, data, analysis etc.
Develop and participate in marketing activities in line with sales and marketing strategy
Undertaking any other reasonable duties requested or delegated by Line Manager or the Sentireal Board
What you will need
Required criteria Hands on experience in dealing with the sales and marketing cycles of Local Government contract awards
Experienced contract tendering, sales management and acquisition of Irish Local Government Contracts
Experience and successful track record of generating a qualified, new business pipeline
Experience and successful track record of managing a sales pipeline and generating profitable revenue.
Experience in the areas of property management, health and safety management, and passenger transport beneficial.
An understanding of the basic technology in the Virtual and Augmented Reality marketplace.
