Position Summary :
As a Customer Service Agent, you will process new customers, renewal referrals, give great service, complete endorsements, process cancellations, and reinstatements.
This will be in a fast paced call centre environment.
Our Brighton office offers a great work environment and is conveniently located in the centre of Brighton.
Position Responsibilities :
Technical advice and support.
Issue new policies.
Process diaries and take appropriate follow up actions.
Respond to customer service and claims.
Send emails to agents as notification of cancellations and nonrenewal.
Respond to complaints.
Report technical issues.
Position Qualifications :
Customer service experience required.
Ability to work shifts from 9 : 00am 8 : 00 pm, Monday Saturday required.
You must be customer focused with experience working with customers either in person or over the phone.

£19,000 - £22,000 per annum starting salary plus bonus.
