Position Summary :

As a Customer Service Agent, you will process new customers, renewal referrals, give great service, complete endorsements, process cancellations, and reinstatements.

This will be in a fast paced call centre environment.

Our Brighton office offers a great work environment and is conveniently located in the centre of Brighton.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Assist customers.
  • Technical advice and support.
  • Issue new policies.
  • Process diaries and take appropriate follow up actions.
  • Respond to customer service and claims.
  • Send emails to agents as notification of cancellations and nonrenewal.
  • Respond to complaints.
  • Report technical issues.
  • Position Qualifications :

  • Customer service experience required.
  • Ability to work shifts from 9 : 00am 8 : 00 pm, Monday Saturday required.
  • You must be customer focused with experience working with customers either in person or over the phone.

  • £19,000 - £22,000 per annum starting salary plus bonus.
