Role Description :

We are looking for a talented sales leader to play a key role, leading highly visible and motivated sales executives in our expanding European sales operation.

The role requires strong leadership, selling, partnering, and communication skills, as well as superior sales training, managing and coaching skills.

You will be managing a team of 8-10 Account Executives based in multiple European offices. This sales team specializes in the Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Analytics products.

As a co-prime sales leader, you will be working closely with core Salesforce sales teams that your team maps to, and co-

selling with them. As such, a good technical understanding of the product and a technical sales acumen is key to success.

    We are looking to hire someone who will have responsibility for managing a high-performing sales team, focusing on customers within our expanding EMEA Cloud Sales operation :

  • Supporting CPQ & Analytics Account Executives by participating in and leading client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as required
  • Ongoing mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training duties
  • Day-to-day, driving and managing a sales business with a strong cadence of deal closure on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Conducting weekly revenue forecast meetings for respective territories
  • Coach and professionally develop Account Executives regarding strategies to drive closure rates and opportunity identification
  • Consistently monitoring and enhancing the sales activities of the team
  • Develop the Go To Market strategy for the respective territory
  • Identify hiring and competency / skills gaps in Sales team
  • Keep abreast of products, market conditions, competitive activities and industry trends. Represent CPQ & Analytics at regional events, analyst and partner meetings
  • Basic Requirements :

  • 5 years of enterprise software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 2 years sales management experience of min. 5 people team
  • Demonstrated experience of implementing management theories
  • Demonstrable track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • Solid understanding of what we at Salesforce do
  • Solid understanding of the application CRM and sale productivity software space
  • Prior experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience working with CPQ or billing software would be ideal
  • Bachelor’s degree qualified is preferable
  • Ability to travel EMEA wide.
