A Commercial Property Solicitor with experience of both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property matters is required to join a traditional, long standing firm in their Redcar office.

You will initially manage a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters.
Initially matters will be a full mix of residential work inclusive of sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold and transfer of equity matters.
The commercial property work will consist of acquisitions and disposal and lease renewals.
It is envisaged in this role that you will use your business development skills to further develop the teams commercial property workload and therefore as you help to generate this work the residential work you manage will reduce.
You will be closely supported by the Partners of the firm. Requirements
Ideally you will have three years and upwards post qualification experience.
It is an essential requirement that you have confidence and experience running both a residential and commercial property caseload.
