JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting directly to the Venue Branch Manager, your role as Venue Team Leader Manager is to be accountable for the global performance of your Costco Warehouse.
You will oversee the development and management of a team of self-employed Security Consultants. Specifically you will be responsible for recruiting, training, motivating and consolidating the team.
Also, you will be accountable for the total sales of Verisure product in the warehouse you manage and building and developing the relationship with your Costco interlocutors (frequent communication, stand positioning discussion, customers complaints management).
You will be expected to do a minimum number of sales by yourself per month, but the focus will be ensuring your team sales and consolidates to reach the sales budget of your warehouse.

Interview self-employed Security Consultants candidates and identify their potential in collaboration with the Venue Branch Manager
Accountable for ensuring successful on boarding of all Self-employed Security Consultants in collaboration with the Venue Branch Manager
Develop Self-employed Security Consultants sales skills in accordance with company rules.
Clearly communicate business objectives to Self-employed Security Consultants and ensure these are understood
Promote the development of sales per Self-employed Security Consultants
Communicate and enforce all Verisure business policies
Commercial Development
Monitoring Self-employed Security Consultants activities daily
Analysing customer feedback and individual / team performance to reward / sanction performance as appropriate
Demonstrate an ability to create an environment to motivate the teams
Evaluate the implementation of improving actions in collaboration with the Venue Branch Manager
Sell a minimum number of sales per month
Reach sales budget for your warehouse
Costco manager relationship
Exchange daily with the Costco Manager to ensure good relationship
Early Detect and solve any rising complaints before it goes beyond your warehouse
Optimise the stand location within your warehouse
Communication Skills : Ensuring fluid communication upward, downward and transverse
Perform commercial activity reporting with Venue Branch Manager / Account manager / Director
Exchange between other Venue Team Leader Manager on "best practices"

Hours of work- 35 hours
Salary £18,000 p / a + uncapped commission scheme
