Our Team Leaders support the Customer Team Leader (where present) and the Store Manager in maintaining the effective operation of the store.
By providing duty management cover and being responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Assistants, the Team Leader will ensure the delivery of great customer service, presentation and availability standards.
At all times ensuring the safety / security of the store, colleagues, customers, cash and assets are protected.
As a Team Leader you will be measured on the performance of the section, the levels of availability, the customer service standards, the full compliance with legal obligations and Society policies, good product knowledge, commitment to personal and team development, and managing colleague performance levels.
You should be customer focused and a good team player as well as having great leadership skills and the ability to build performance.
