Sales Administrator - Wizards of the Coast Europe

What's this Role About :

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced, growing, and vibrant Wizards of the Coast team!

Your job will be to support the Sales and Retail marketing team across various tasks which may include preparing and sending communication, price lists, and assets to customers, processing and tracking incoming invoices, setting up new customers, participating in meetings, and assisting the Sales department wherever possible.

You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required.

What you'll do :

  • Manage the distribution of sales assets and communication both externally and Internally (to Sales / Retail Marketing / Operation teams), ensuring all customers and team members have access to the most up-to-date assets, information + guidelines help them make each release shine.
  • Support EU Key Account Managers and EU Sales Channel Managers in handling the EU customers base by :
  • Creating recommendation forms for contract renewals / amendments
  • Raising PO’s for retail marketing activities
  • Investigate any invoice queries with our purchasing department and vendors
  • Work with Demand Planner and Planning Analyst to generate allocation lists and reports
  • Collect assets and key product details / dates from Marketing / Trade Marketing / Operations teams.
  • Coordinate creating and Distributing Full Release Packages / Price Lists / Product Forms for customers for every Magic and D&D Release.
  • Responsible for capturing and sharing weekly team status meeting notes and actions, and any other Sales meetings as required
  • Handle mailing lists and email distribution to customers.
  • Initiate internal approval requests for new customers / price-lists
  • What You'll Bring :

  • Working towards a degree in Business or customer care / administrative experience of 1 year or more
  • A passion for gaming and a strong understanding of, and appreciation for gaming culture
  • Previous knowledge / experience with Magic : The Gathering products is a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize tasks
  • A helpful, supportive, and approachable personal style
  • Fantastic ability to communicate to all levels of the business
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Office environment, able to work on computer or phone for long periods of time.
