Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales LeadGeneration - Responsible for all marketing and demand generation activitiesincluding events and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Managementand measurement of all marketing activities – Leads generated and converted.
  • Driveinbound and outbound marketing activities - Design, implementation andexecution of campaigns with different tactics such as e-marketing and directmail campaigns, online advertising and events
  • Leadmanagement and ROI measuring - Managing the lead process from lead generationto closed opportunities
  • Implementnew processes if needed for lead flow and lead management – Reporting is a must
  • Generategrowth – Support sales while making the connection between corporate and fieldmarketing – Creation of specific marketing campaigns to generate new businessopportunities
  • Partner withMarketing and Sales to drive lead generation that will convert into pipelineand revenue opportunities
  • Developmentand implementation of marketing strategies and plans - Success will be measuredon pipeline contribution, MQLs and conversion rates
  • Personal skills :

  • Innovative and business growth oriented – Able to drive change towardsmore digital marketing and measure results
  • Experience in large IT companies
  • A strong knowledge and interest forHCM
