Regional Manager - Care Homes Surrey - covering a small group of Elderly Care Homes Salary : £57,000 - £60,000 I am looking for an experienced Regional Manager who can ensure high standards of care and implement continuous improvements throughout our clients group of care homes across Surrey.
As the Regional Manager, you will oversee the Home Managers, supporting them to allow them to carry out their roles effectively.
You will lead, inspire and manage a small group of homes to achieve Good to Outstanding CQC ratings and meet specified business and financial targets.
Experience required for the role of Regional Manager :
Leading a multi-site group of services and history of achieving Good to Outstanding Ratings
Managing and completing Safeguarding processes in line with company, local authority and legislative guidelines
Service development and growth
Managing services against budgetary targets
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards
Excellent knowledge of MCA 2005, The Mental Health Act and DoLS
Good working knowledge of Employment Law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and associated legislation
Understanding the management of safeguarding people at risk
Ability to identify, mitigate and manage risk
Proven understanding of how to inspire and motivate Registered Managers
Proven ability to network and form effective professional relationships
A good understanding and experience of how to promote and market services
