The role

ideally will be based in the north west but will have the facility to work at home up to 3 days a week.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Identifying, designing, delivering and evaluating Leadership and other development programmes
  • Delivery of key sessions on the Leadership Academy
  • With the HR Managers support the delivery of new partner induction days
  • Contribute to the on boarding of senior people
  • Work with the Land D team on development of programmes to support our early year careers
  • Coaching managers and leaders as agreed with the Head of HR
  • Providing developmental support to Partners and Team Managers
  • With the Head of HR and HR Director support the implementation of culture change with Leaders
  • Contribute to the development of our talent and capability across the Frim
  • Providing expertise to enable the business to implement talent and L&D strategies
  • Providing advice and guidance to the business on L&D strategy, policies and programmes and assisting on our development agenda
  • Support the delivery of the Diversity and Inclusion programme

    The person specification

    Essential

  • A qualification in Learning & Development or comparable expertise through experience
  • Experience in designing and delivering Leadership programmes
  • Experience of talent programmes and development of leadership capability
  • Knowledge of a range of learning and development methods to support the embedding of knowledge, skills and behaviours
  • Proven ability to work with and influence all levels of management building positive relationships
  • Project co-ordination.
  • Excellent people skills, seeking to bring out the best in others.
  • Excellent design, development and delivery capability.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong coaching skills and ability to give constructive feedback.
  • Commercial skills understanding business focussed development strategies
  • Desirable

  • Knowledge or experience of business development / client training strategies
  • Certification in psychometric testing and / or personality profiling
  • Experience of training delivery over webinar and / or video conferencing
  • Coaching qualification
