An excellent opportunity has opened up at our Vauxhall Business Development Centre based in Liverpool for a permanent Full Time Customer Call Handler to join our team.

The successful candidate will be providing a 1st class customer service to our customers that are looking to book their vehicle in for servicing or repairs.

You will be handling a high number of incoming calls as well as making outbound calls to our existing customer data base, ensuring that our customers are given accurate information and advice.

You will also be handling a high number of email enquires that customer have submitted and replying to the customers within a set time scale.

You must maintain the high standards of service quality, professionalism and premium service expected by Lookers and the brands.

About You

You will have a positive energy and passion for providing a great customer service experience and enthusiasm for the Vauxhall brand.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and a drive to exceed customer satisfaction and quality objectives. You will have exemplary communication skills (both verbal and written) and demonstrate a thorough approach to work, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

This role is within a fast-paced contact centre environment so you will be computer literate and are discrete with sensitive and confidential data as well as being a supportive team member.

Salary : £17,500 per annum + uncapped bonus scheme

Hours : Monday to Friday between 8am & 6pm. You will be required to work 1 Saturday in 4 9am to 1pm, you will receive a half day in the week.
