NET based web applications to join one of our flagship digital brands (ICIS) based in our Sutton office. You will join a team supporting a data rich, highly interactive commercial web based product to customers of one of our most innovative businesses.
As a fully proficient and experienced member of the ICIS Application Support team, the purpose of this role is to undertake support and maintenance of ICIS back-
office & front-end applications and infrastructure with minimal supervision. Where appropriate, actively promote the design phase and implementation of new infrastructure solutions or the enhancement of existing systems and on-
board the support of new applications. You may be required to undertake assignments not directly covered by this role profile as the needs of the business demand, as part of your personal development plan or to enhance the departmental capability.
Key Responsibilities : ·Identify root cause for production issues·Provide escalated support to .NET based web applications·Define health check for applications and set up monitoring and alerting·Troubleshoot data discrepancies·Support data bridges·Troubleshoot and support releases to legacy systems·Administer Active Directory for local network.
