As a result of major restructure and reorganisation, the University is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer Mechanical ready, willing and able to play a key role in the development of a new, high performing team responsible for the management of a large, diverse and developing estate.
The role will primarily focus on the development and delivery of planned preventive and legal compliance maintenance activity.
The role will work across the University's large and diverse estate as part of the newly formed Property Assets team but will work closely with, and support, the Planning and Development team in the delivery of minor and major capital projects.
