New opportunity has become available looking for a Technical Solutions Response Manager. Our client is searching for a Manager that has experience in programming Crestron / Extron, design schematics drawings and trouble shooting.
Main Duties include :
Direct support to Service contract customers that will need technical onsite support, with either re-programming or trouble shooting.
Produce high quality design schematics drawings either by CAD or Stardraw
Attend site meetings with Clients as required.
Review design drawings
Produce material schedules for procurement processes
AVIXA CTS I or D Certification
Investigation of technical problems encountered and provision of economical viable solutions
Support to sales staff where required on technical design.
Design of programmes for Creston Extron AMX and others
Attending sites to upload programmes and commission
Attend sites to carry out diagnostic
At times Project manage installations whilst onsite.
Ideally Dante certified , with a pro-audio experience.
Flexibility to work out of hours when needed and overseas.
You will be responsible for :
At times you may be requested to carry out site surveys
Maintain required Qualifications
To rectify customer care issues with programmes
At times your working hours will be flexible to company and customer requirements
