Being accountable for designing and developing content that activates, converts, and retains key personas throughout the full customer journey while championing Growth Tribe’s brand identity
Working closely with the B2C and B2B Growth Managers to execute on content strategy and distribution plans that align with the multiple key personas and demand generation targets of each business unit
Planing, writing, editing, testing and improving content including website interfaces, lead magnets (including white-papers and reports), informational materials, sales enablement material, email campaigns, advertising, and other assets
Working with internal thought-leaders & experts to develop industry-leading content & frameworks
Creating and executing an experimentation roadmap to identify high converting content at each stage of the customer journey, through various marketing channels
Contributing to improving key metrics including lead to opportunity conversion rate, email open rates and response rates, retention, up-selling, influenced revenue and ROI
Collaborating with the brand marketing team to ensure a cohesive and optimised content strategy from top to bottom
You will need to be a self-starter who can bring a wealth of editorial direction, content creation, distribution experience and best practice to the Growth Team
Distributing content through landing pages, the website, external channels and email using best practice tracking methods (i.e. UTMs)
Analysing and presenting results of content campaigns using CRM data, Google Analytics, Excel and other tools - share insights and best practices to the wider marketing team
3+ years experience in creating content, content strategy, and content distribution plans
Experience developing B2B and B2C content strategies with a wider marketing team
Excellent at creating insightful written content and executing quickly
Proficient in visual design (i.e. Adobe Creative Cloud)Data-driven approach to content with a focus on conversion rates and influenced revenue
Proven track record of successful campaign results
Knowledge of campaign tracking through UTMs (Google Tag Manager experience is a plus)
Near-native English speaker
Passionate about the customer experience and providing value through content
Experience setting up campaigns and workflows on Hubspot (or a similar CRM tool), landing pages, and CMS is a plus
Experience with marketing experimentation, wider digital marketing, or growth marketing is plus
A training budget of £1500 per year
