Offering a full range of in-house design expertise, they manufacture a wide variety of displays to well-known UK and European retailers and brands, providing functional cost-
effective solutions to increase brand presence and retail sales.
Due to expansion, our client is now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in the Point of Sale sector, and have the ability to deliver every project on time within budget and scope.
Ensuring resource availability and allocation
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Responsible for the flow of information of the projects to all stakeholders
Maximise client business opportunities within projects
Effectively manage client needs, expectations and satisfaction
Attend and organise meeting with all relevant stakeholders throughout the duration of the allocated project
Proactively contacting clients to maintain consistently high levels of service delivery
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Guardianship of the projects margin and report any erosions and the reasons
Contributing to the business development of the company
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report and escalate to Head of Permanent as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimise project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Skills and Experience
Good educational background
Experience of in-store installations
Commercial / Business
Solid technical background, with understanding of how to read technical drawings
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft
Team player with excellent attention to detail
