We are looking to hire a Senior HR Business Partner to join our talented HR team.HR are a team of exceptionally driven individuals, who are integrally positioned at the heart of our business, responsible for developing, driving and implementing the end to end people strategy across the Dixons Carphone group.
As the Senior HRBP for our Retail Stores in the South East you’ll work with the Regional Director to develop and implement the annual People Plan for the business.
You’ll develop, drive and implement the people plan for the assigned region, including; capability, employee engagement and talent initiatives, in order to support business performance.
You’ll be the key driver of business change Key responsibilities :
Developing and maintaining trusting and effective partnerships with senior line managers, challenging their thinking and working closely with them to co-
develop solutions to meet their current and future business needs
Collaborating with and influencing the HR Shared Service teams and the specialist HR Centres of Excellence to deliver the business unit people plan and to develop efficient and cost effective solutions to local challenges
Leading, monitoring and driving forward business wide talent and succession planning
Working in partnership with the business unit, analysing trends and key metrics to understand the key performance issues, objectives and drivers, subsequently proactively driving the HR agenda.
Coaching senior managers to support them in driving performance through the development of themselves and their teams
Evaluating and improving the impact of all strategic and local initiatives with the business, identifying and considering the need for change and facilitating the formulation of any appropriate change plans
Deputise for the Lead HRBP where required
Key skills & experience :
Demonstrable relationship management experience at all levels, including business partnering at director level within a comparable organisation
Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively across multiple teams to design and deliver business focused solutions
Extensive HR Business Partnering experience from within a fast-paced and consumer focused multi-site operation, preferable retail
Change management experience
Experience of development and implementation of people plans in a fast-paced environment
Thorough knowledge and understanding of employment law and implementation in a commercial environment
CIPD qualification - desirable
