Responsibilities :

  • Administration and organisation of corporate hospitality, sponsored events, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry memberships
  • Distribute marketing communications materials and brand collateral to support other teams as required
  • Organise branded promotional materials to support other marketing efforts
  • Manage business stationery needs, ensuring minimum stock levels and liaising with print companies
  • To work independently, or as part of the marketing team, on specific projects as required
  • To travel to other sites / projects as required from time to time
  • Content / Copy and Community Engagement

  • Write, edit and proofread content for use as part of PR and ad campaigns, online / digital engagement, web pages, whitepapers, and / or corporate literature needs
  • Brief third-party content creators on content needs and co-ordinate as required
  • Update / rework online content based on analysis for ongoing improved performance (SEO,
  • Create and develop direct mail and email campaigns in line with the marketing strategy
  • Monitor online audiences and discussion topics across relevant platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • At all times and across all platforms act as a brand ambassador for AFEX, maintaining a consistent brand message and expected level of service
  • Internal Communications

  • Actively promote new projects, products (systems) and activities undertaken within AFEX in line with internal communications strategy
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the core brand messages are effectively communicated across the company
  • Nurture strong relationships across all teams within AFEX, with emphasis on supporting the sales teams
  • Reporting and Analysis

  • Undertake ongoing research and analysis of the competitive landscape, regional markets and industry trends, sharing knowledge gained across the relevant teams
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to create local advanced finds, marketing lists, campaigns and effectively track ROI.
  • Assist with the analysis and reporting of digital campaigns and web activity
  • Conduct or otherwise organise market research in line with product development needs and wider corporate objectives
