Badenoch and Clark are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a software company based in Bracknell.
This is initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with an Immediate start.
Reporting directly to the EMEA Accounting Manager, the role with give you exposure to the various operating departments and contribute the Company's growth.
Day to day processing of supplier invoices and expenses for the EMEA region of this multinational company
Ensure the invoices are coded correctly according to appropriate location and in accordance with the chart of accounts
Reconcile and accurately pay expense reports in line with company policy and AT compliance. Be aware and alert the Payroll team of any expenses required for reporting as taxable benefits
Process payments runs on time according to schedule
Assist with month end reconciliation and accruals listing
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills bit verbal and written. Experience of working within a multinational company's accounts department and have full knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
