My client is a well-regarded regional firm which, despite being small in terms of headcount, acts for a hugely impressive client base ranging from SMEs to large PLCs.
Offering Birmingham-quality work in an out of town location, the firm is currently seeking to recruit an experienced employment solicitor of circa 5+yrs PQE or equivalent to service this client base, with clear scope for career advancement.
You will likely have a full range of employment law experience having dealt with both contentious and non-contentious matters and advised claimant and respondents in the past.
Your experience is likely to have encompassed matters such as discrimination claims, drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, redundancies, TUPE and outsources / retained HR services.
You may also be involved in employment tribunal work thus experience in this area would be beneficial although not essential.
