Business Operations in EMEA supports our product and GTM leadership to deliver mission critical, cross-functional efforts, deliver objective analysis and insights, and execute on strategic initiatives.

You may dig into winning new market segments, help plan, build and launch new products, or work on inorganic growth opportunities.

Business Operations is a high priority talent pipeline for Stripe. We look for exceptional people and give them a level of responsibility and exposure that will accelerate their career.

Wherever you are based, you will be working closely with our leadership team.

This is a unique role which will be embedded within and focused on the integration of Paystack .

You will :

  • Be embedded in Paystack while still maintaining strong links to Stripe.
  • Work directly with Paystack’s leadership team and Stripe’s EMEA leadership.
  • Be one of the primary interfaces between Paystack and Stripe for business and product.
  • Perform analyses and research to drive Paystack’s product and growth strategy.
  • Design and implement the business systems and processes that allow Paystack and Stripe to work together more effectively.
  • Travel to Africa and Dubai up to 4 times per year (when travel normalizes)
  • You might be a fit if :

  • You have 3 - 5 years of work experience.
  • You get a kick out of digging deep into the data, and thinking from first principles.
  • You have experience in a strategic and analytical role in a fast-paced environment.
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • You have a proven track record for working well across teams and with external partners.
  • You are a strong communicator and are able to explain complex issues in clear, persuasive language.
  • Nice to have :

  • Experience in strategy consulting.
  • Experience operating in a high growth technology company.
  • Experience in product or growth.
