Hours : Shift based working 37.5 hours per week on a 5 on 2 offbasis

  • We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor forour up and coming 2021 season at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park;
  • theLEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimatedestination for families with children age 2-12.

    The Resort is home to twoawesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions builtaround the iconic LEGO® brick.

    This role is based at the Windsor theme park,located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.

    Reporting to the Hotel Food & Beverage Restaurant Manager the Restaurant Supervisor will form part of the food & beverage managementteam providing day to day operational management of a combination ofrestaurants and / or Bars.

    You will be responsible for leading the team toprovide exceptional guest satisfaction by delivering high quality service andfood standards

    What thejob of a Restaurant Supervisor will involve

  • Support the F&B Restaurant Manager in the day to day operational challenges of running a successful restaurant within the hotel.
  • Ensure your restaurant consistently delivers or exceeds agreed upon KPI targets
  • Responsible for training, coaching and development, and lead the team with a hands-on approach.
  • Inspire excellent customer service delivery within the restaurant area of the hotel.
  • Work closely alongside F&B Assistants to ensure all hygiene, health & safety and Standard Operating
  • Procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to and monitored on a regular basis.
  • Maintain strong communication links within the F&B team and with other departments across the hotel and resort.
  • Assist the F&B Restaurant Manager to keep staff wage costs within budget in each area.
  • Assist the F&B Restaurant Manager to keep all other operational costs within budget in each area and increase revenue where possible.
  • Take a pro-active approach in stock take procedures.
  • We arelooking for the following skills and experience :

  • Experience of working within a management, team leader or supervisor role ideally within the hospitality, restaurant, fast food or leisure sector.
  • Experience of providing an excellent guest experience.
  • Experience of working within a fast pace and high volume business.
  • Experience of leading a team to achieve set KPIs.
  • Ideally have a minimum of level 2 Food Hygiene .
