The sales operations / business analyst will provide the business with information and reportson the business as it transpires over the month.
Working closely with thedevelopment team to develop a robust reporting schedule for the company.

The Sales Operations / Business Analyst will be given direct supervision from Head of Sales or SVP and will have no direct reports.
Daily contact with sales reps.
Ability to create, evaluate and optimise business data sets. Identify and recommend data sets that the business should be tracking.
Identify partner, customer and market trends and report back to business units. Work with Stakeholders to ensure data is meaningful and relevant.
Run team / individual performance reports for Head of Sales / SVP. Strong analytical skills. Be relied on that the data produced is 100% accurate.
Assist in the production of the quarterly business reviews. Become the business data owner. Broad understanding of databases, platforms and applications.
Ability to provide ad-hoc and regular reporting schedule. Work closely with development and finance teams to business data integrity. Other duties as assigned.
High School / GCSE’s.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute.
Computer Skills (MS Office).
3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or 3 or more years of relevant experience (Marketing / Business).
Experience in Product Management and / or Sales.
Experience in at least one of Power BI, Excel VBA, Tableau.
Experience in one or more; MS Dynamics, Salesforce.
Ability to sit a computer terminal for long periods of time.
Ability to be physically in attendance at a workstation at designated company office location during normal business hours designated for the position.
Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time.
