In this part-time role, you have the opportunity to work with external providers to achieve a measurable improvement in the health and well-
being of our Philips employees in the UK and Ireland. The role is for 22 hours a week and can be spread over 3 to 4 days.
You are responsible for leading all aspects of the Health & Wellbeing (H&W) activities, and for the strategic management of employee internal communications :
Ensure that all H&W providers meet their contractual requirements, and that Service Level Agreements and critical metrics are regularly reviewed
Take ownership for acquiring data from those providers to analyse and suggest programs for improving Health & Wellbeing
Continually review best practice internally and externally in Health & Well-being activities and highlight this to the key partners
Lead and update Heath & Wellbeing policies for Philips UKI
Lead the Philips Group Income Protection (GIP) process with Health Management Ltd.
Partner with the HR team in handling long-term sickness absence & provide direct support for complex cases
Work closely with the Global Health & Wellbeing team on implementing global initiatives
Be a local Ambassador for the Philips Volunteering policy & Philips Foundation and utilise internal communications to promote volunteering opportunities

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :
Experience in Business, Health, Human Resources, or a related field
Knowledge and passion of Employee Health and Wellbeing, stress management, and an aim to develop deeper content knowledge
Proven track record in HR data management and analysis
Strong account management experience working with multiple partners
Experience of developing and implementing strategic campaigns and projects
Ability to build active networks with key contacts to keep abreast of new developments / insights
The ability to work independently and provide consultative advice on H&W and communications
