The EMEA Partner Development team is seeking an Architect who can drive the development of the Adobe Partners across the regional ecosystem.

The key focus of this role is to build great partners across Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, via technology offerings.

This will require increasing the depth of skills, the number of certified consultants with in the eco-system of partners, provide technical guidance to Partners that are building out Partner Solution Offerings, develop the right technical skills in our Partners for co-

selling and delivering Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

This role is a senior level individual contributor position that is key to developing and

Promoting IT and project best practices and strategies for implementation within our Partner ecosystem.

You will be the trusted advisor and Adobe subject matter expert to our Partners, clients and

internal Adobe resources.

As a technical expert with WCM expertise, you will support the development of the overall community by :

  • Speak at technically focused events / webinars available to all our Partner Ecosystem
  • Be a recognized expert (by clients, partners and colleagues) in Adobe AEM software-based solutions & technologies.
  • Lead the team in identifying, capturing and distributing knowledge and best practices with clients, partners and colleagues via direct interaction and AEM communities
  • Apply your Adobe Technology knowledge to supporting partners in building repeatable Partner Offerings that drive license growth for Adobe and Services for our partners.
  • Identify the possible solution options and facilitate the presentation and review of the options and our recommended solution with the partner.

  • Play a key role as a change agent in pursuit of constant tuning and improvement of our team, partner strategy and process.
  • Proactively maintain the highest level of technical expertise by staying current on Adobe AEM technologies through internally and externally available learning opportunities
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or Engineering plus extensive experience in the Web and / or ECMS technologies and significant years of direct consulting experience.
  • Comfortable leading workshops and delivering webinars to large audiences on technical subject matters.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions and how they can solve client business problems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adapt to and work effectively with a variety of clients and in challenging situations, employing strong facilitation skills and establishing credibility and trust quickly.
  • Understand business requirements in regard to architecture, design and development activities
  • Desire to help build and strengthen a team-oriented environment with Partners and to mentor and guide others in areas of your expertise both formally, as part of engagements, and informally.
  • Web Content Management platforms (AEM preferred).
  • Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Bootstrap.
  • Previous technology consulting or project lifecycle (from initiation, development and delivery to support) experience required.
  • Familiarity with other Adobe Experience Cloud products and integrations a bonus
