Goldman & Fine Group has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accident Repair Bodyshop Manager in the Bromley area of Kent (3377).

My client is a large, successful, nationwide chain of auto repair centres and they are looking to take on a new Bodyshop Manager to rise to the challenge and run their Bromley branch.

If you are the right person for this job, you have the ability to earn up to £80,000 p / a.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

  • delivering site performance and profitable growth, contributing to business development
  • achieving strong financial performance, high quality service and customer care objectives
  • liaison with internal and external managers, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders
  • providing leadership, direction and management of the site team
  • focusing on the bodyshop striving for best practice, performance excellence and highly professional customer service
  • managing the workshop’s daily tasks, including invoice submission and account management
  • overseeing the estimating, customer service and parts departments
  • promoting the company culture and values in all aspects
  • Results driven, you will be confident in your ability to manage resources to optimise both profitability and customer service.
